Copper Guard (24)

Copper Guard (24) is a long acting and highly concentrated nutritional supplement of copper with added selenium for the diet of cows and adult cattle. Copper Guard (24) Contains 27g of copper oxide & 34.3mg of Selenium. Copper Guard (24) contains 24 Bolus per Box. Use two boluses per head (CATTLE OVER 300KG). Use at 6 month intervals.

Why use Copper Guard (24) 
Selenium is generally thought of in the same company as Vitamin E, and deficiencies of these can lead to poor growth, reduced fertility and most importantly, poor immunity to diseases. 

Copper can greatly aid weight gain and animals deficient in copper won't thrive. However it is important to note that too much can also have a negative affect on weight gain just as much as too. So you should check with your vet to see if your animals need copper

Cattle Boluses
These types of wormers are administered orally using product-specific equipment.
Closely follow the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure that the boluses are delivered over the back of the tongue, so they can be swallowed.
Avoid any excess force, as this can cause damage to the throat and do not depress the plunger until you are satisfied with the positioning of the bolus.
It is important that the animal stays as calm as possible and can swallow.
It is very difficult to successfully and safely complete administration if the neck is twisted and the animal is fighting you.
