Dump Bucket Complete (Plastic)

Dump Bucket Complete is an easily portable complete dump bucket. It is supplied with the pulsator and cluster and a 30 litre plastic dump bucket. The Dump Bucket Complete can be used to milk infected cows separately from your herd. This system facilitates the separation of infected cows from the rest of the herd. Dump Bucket Complete enables the avoidance of mixing infected milk with milk going to the bulk tank.

It’s also very handy for the beastings of the cow so that it can be given to the correct calf.

Dump Bucket Complete holds 30 litres and has been designed to be used in the milking parlour.
It is extremely durable as it is made from strong materials.
Incorporated is the easy to read, permanent graduated scale, on the side of the bucket.
The translucent body facilitates the easy reading of milk levels.
Features a steel handle for ease of use. 
The Dump Bucket Complete is easy to clean due to an ultra-smooth internal surface complete with a seamless body for additional strength. 
The Dump Bucket Complete is resistant to, acid, detergent, and low temperatures. An ergonomically designed bottom rim aids in moving and pouring.

All you need is vacuum to use this system.

Dump Bucket Complete is supplied with:

  • 1 x PLASTIC dump bucket – 30 litres.
  • 1 x dump bucket lid.
  • 1 x cluster complete with stainless steel shells, short pulse tubes and liners.
  • 1 x 2×2 pneumatic pulsator.
  • 1 x length of milk and pulse tube and tube clips.
  • 1 x stall tap and vacuum line clamp.
  • 1 x 6ft length of milk tube to go up to the stall tap.

How to Install  Dump Bucket Complete on your system:

You will need to drill a hole in your vacuum line.
You will place the vacuum clamps onto your vacuum line with the stall tap out of it.
The clamps come in either 50mm, 63mm. 75mm or 90mm to suit different vacuum lines. This will need to be specified when ordering.
Simply push the rubber tube from the dump bucket up the stall tap and turn it to get the vacuum down to the pulsator and bucket.
It is now ready to milk the cow.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified by email. If there is a delay with your order for any reason you will be contacted immediately. Orders take 2-4 Working days to be delivered. We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. But don’t worry; we have a great returns policy to help you out.

All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and returned goods must be received within 14 days from the date you informed us of the return.

Items returned during the cooling-off period must be in a resalable condition, which means:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • All seals, tags, and security features must be intact
  • No signs of damage, wear, or alteration
  • All original components and accessories included
  • For veterinary products: original tamper-evident seals must be unbroken
  • For clothing: all original tags attached and no signs of wear
  • For tools and equipment: no signs of use or assembly

If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods or the packaging, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.

All returns should be complete which includes boxes, manuals and accessories that may have been included with the order.

All returns must be packaged appropriately for shipping, we will not accept responsibility for damages or loss which occur during shipping of a return product.

We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us. 

The cost of the return, including all packaging and freight, lies solely with the consumer.
 

I have received a damaged product from you, what should I do?

First off, if you have received a damaged electrical product from us, do not plug it in. Any electrical products that are plugged in are deemed ‘as used and accepted’ and are not accepted as returns. All damages must be reported to us via phone or email within 24hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery.

How do I begin the returns process?

If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at sales@agridirect.co.uk and ensure the following information is included in your email. Your name, phone number, Order id, the item you wish to return, reason for return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product.

Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.

All returns must be accompanied with a fully filled out returns form which can be downloaded here.
