Common Questions
Is there really no boundary wire at all?
The main lawn area is detected by the camera, removing the need for a full perimeter wire. A short 12m guide cable and 5m magnetic tape are still used near the charging station to help the mower navigate that specific area.
What happens if my lawn doesn't have clear visual edges?
The camera detects boundaries by recognising differences in colour and surface structure, such as mulch, paving or gravel against grass. If your lawn blends gradually into surrounding ground cover with no clear visual distinction, a boundary-wire model such as the 500m² Wire model may give more reliable results.
Why does it cover less area than the largest boundary-wire model?
The camera and sensor system is matched to a 500m² coverage area. For lawns up to 1200m², the boundary-wire model covers more ground, though it requires wire installation.

Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.
