Does it come with batteries and a charger?
No - sold as the tool body only. You'll need two 18V Einhell Power X-Change batteries and a charger, sold separately. If you already own Power X-Change batteries, your existing ones will work.

Why does it need two batteries?
Two 18V batteries combine to deliver 36V of power, giving this model significantly more cutting force and a faster cutting speed than the single-battery models in the range.

Is this overkill for a smaller hedge?
If your hedge is small to medium and not particularly thick, the 40cm model or 55cm Solo would likely suit better and cost less to run.

Power X-Change Battery System

This trimmer requires two 18V batteries, sold separately, so you can choose the capacity that suits how much you'll be using it. All batteries in the Power X-Change range work across every tool in the range - if you already own other Einhell power tools, the same batteries and charger work here too. Larger Ah batteries hold more charge and run for longer between charges.

All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and returned goods must be received within 14 days from the date you informed us of the return.

Items returned during the cooling-off period must be in a resalable condition, which means:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• All seals, tags, and security features must be intact
• No signs of damage, wear, or alteration
• All original components and accessories included
• For veterinary products: original tamper-evident seals must be unbroken
• For clothing: all original tags attached and no signs of wear
• For tools and equipment: no signs of use or assembly

If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods or the packaging, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.

We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us.

I have received a damaged product from you, what should I do?

First off, if you have received a damaged electrical product from us, do not plug it in. Any electrical products that are plugged in are deemed ‘as used and accepted’ and are not accepted as returns. All damages must be reported to us via phone or email within 24hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery.

How do I begin the returns process?

If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at sales@agridirect.co.uk and ensure the following information is included in your email. Your name, phone number, Order id, the item you wish to return, reason for return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product.

Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.
