For comfortable use while trimming there is an adjustable harness as well as the adjustable loop handle. The loop handle has a soft grip and can be adjusted to suit you and the multi tool that you are using. The pole mounted pruner function has a high quality cutter rail and chain. Einhell Power X-Change 36V (2x18V) Cordless 4 in 1 Garden Multi Tool requires two 18V batteries. Batteries and charger are sold separately from Einhell devices so you can choose the perfect strength for your requirements. All the batteries in the Einhell Power X-Charge range can be used with all devices in the range. If you have more than one tool you can use the same batteries. The larger the amp (Ah) of the battery, the more amperage the battery can supply. A larger battery will run longer than a smaller one, so if you have a larger area to use your Einhell Multi tool in larger batteries will keep you going longer.

If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at sales@agridirect.co.uk and ensure the following information is included in your email. Your name, phone number, Order id, the item you wish to return, reason for return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product.
Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.
