Puresan Line Cleaner is a caustic-based, multi-purpose sanitiser and cleaner. A broad spectrum disinfectant, Puresan Line Cleaner should be diluted with water before use. Puresan Line Cleaner is used for cleaning milking equipment by re-circulation. Puresan Line Cleaner is easy on steel components, and does not corrode or pit stainless steel. Use Puresan Line Cleaner for a range of cleaning and sanitation purposes in milk production, such as cluster dipping, final rinse in milking parlours, and DE bulk milk tanks. Puresan Line Cleaner is compatible with both hot and cold water and is non-foaming.
Before using Puresan Line Cleaner, rinse all machines with water. Then make Puresan Line Cleaner solution using the following ratio:
For Hot Water Circulation: In hot water, use 300 ml of Puresan Line Cleaner for every 45 Litres.
For Cold Water Circulation: In cold water, use 450 ml of Puresan Line Cleaner for every 45 Litres.
Use nine litres per cluster, allowing the solution to run through the machine.
