Shear Bolt M10 50mm (8.8) is designed as a PTO safety bolt that breaks to protect implements from damage.
Shear Bolt M10 50mm (8.8) are replacement shear bolts for use with PTO shafts. The Bolts are designed as a weak point in the PTO so that if your implement hits something that could damage it the Bolt will break and prevent damage that would other wise destroy your implement. It is most commonly seen on mowers and toppers. This bolt is 10mm thick and 50 mm long.
Always be careful when dealing with your PTO. Make sure it has come to a complete stand-still before doing any work on or around it!
