Transguard

Transguard is designed to protect the calf during the transition from colostrum to milk replacer or whole milk. It consists a blend of high-quality ingredients such as bovine colostrum, prebiotics and probiotics which mix to provide protection for the calf for 10 days after the initial colostrum feed.

Adding bovine colostrum provides immunoglobulin to the calf's abomasum for a duration of ten days, protects the stomach, and promotes healthy bacteria development using prebiotics and probiotics.

The symbiotic activity joins and eliminates any dangerous bacteria or pathogens existing. It minimizes intestinal scours and inhibits the growth of dangerous bacteria like E. coli, Clostridia, and Salmonella.

Feeding Instructions:

Transguard can be easily combined with calf milk replacer and whole milk. It can also be mixed with water and fed to calves separately from their meal if need be.

Introduce for ten days at 10 gram per calf every day. A 20 gram scoop is included to ensure correct measurements are done.

Suitable for introducing to calves on dairy or suckler enterprise as young as two days old. For bought-in calves, a daily rate of 10 grams per calf is recommended for 10 days straight after arrival.

Transguard can be administered to a calf at points of stress, such as a shift in diet or setting. It can be fed alongside electrolytes during the recovery phase of scour problems. It will sustain an Igg level in the abomasum to prevent the villi from further harm.
