In Water: mix 100ml of Bluelite Replenish into 2 litres of warm water. Once daily

In Milk: Mix 50ml of Bluelite Replenish into each milk feeding.
Twice per day.

1 squeeze from bottle is approximately 50ml, 2 squeezes are 100ml
