Petsafe Remote Trainer is available in different meter ranges so that you can train your pup in different settings. It is a lightweight digital remote and collar that uses three types of stimulation: tone (beep), vibration and 15 levels of static (including a safety lock feature for higher levels). The remote and collar charge within two hours and have a battery life of up to 40 hours. A quick charge adaptor is included. The larger range is great for off lead training your dog in open spaces.

When a product is suspected or deemed to be faulty, also call PetSafe Customer Care on 1800 81 43 02 or email PetSafe Customer Care on customerhelp@petsafe.net if troubleshooting will not help you to resolve your issue. The product can be replaced when the product has been registered. Make sure to hold on to your order confirmation details, receipt or invoice so that it can be used as proof of purchase with PetSafe.
If a product was not purchased directly from PetSafe (Radio Systems PetSafe Europe - http://www.ie.petsafe.net) the most PetSafe Customer Care can do is replace a product under the 3 year warranty.
Once the product has been opened it cannot be returned to the retailer. Any issues must be resolved directly with PetSafe.
