The product can be replaced when the product has been registered. Make sure to hold on to your order confirmation details, receipt or invoice so that it can be used as proof of purchase with PetSafe.
If a product was not purchased directly from PetSafe (Radio Systems PetSafe Europe - http://www.ie.petsafe.net) the most PetSafe Customer Care can do is replace a product under the 3 year warranty.
Once the product has been opened it cannot be returned to the retailer. Any issues must be resolved directly with PetSafe.
