The PetSafe Wireless Receiver Collar will make beeping noise to alert your dog if they are near the boundary line and if crossed a harmless static correction will be received. The PetSafe Wireless Receiver Collar has 5 levels of correction which can be adjusted to suit your dog's temperament making it a safe and effective way help train your dog to stay within their boundaries and keep them out of harms away.
It is important that you ensure the PetSafe Wireless Receiver Collar is fitted comfortably around your dogs neck.

When a product is suspected or deemed to be faulty, also call PetSafe Customer Care on 1800 81 43 02 or email PetSafe Customer Care on customerhelp@petsafe.net if troubleshooting will not help you to resolve your issue. The product can be replaced when the product has been registered. Make sure to hold on to your order confirmation details, receipt or invoice so that it can be used as proof of purchase with PetSafe.
If a product was not purchased directly from PetSafe (Radio Systems PetSafe Europe - http://www.ie.petsafe.net) the most PetSafe Customer Care can do is replace a product under the 3 year warranty.
Once the product has been opened it cannot be returned to the retailer. Any issues must be resolved directly with PetSafe.
